More Chinese cooking

Green Tea Pumpkin Seed - I really like it because they are not putting salt on seeds. Usually, they put salt on pumpkin seeds here in America. Otherwise, Green tea is a good healthly instead of salt. When I go to Asian flea market, I'd buy and buy Green Tea Pumpkin Seeds.

Julia loves to share with Micaela her mommy's cooking Chinese.

Loves playing her toy camera.

I love that smiling face of Micaela.

Stiring chopped chicken and mushroom

It's dinner time. Yes, those food are Chinese meals. Ohhhh, we had fried rice and I like it. I feel I know some how to cook Chinese meals.

Candy's property

Julia and her mother smiling from Candy's relaxing view room.

That's my cousin, Justin!

Max is a big dinosaur fan!

That's interesting! Julia likes Herc, Candy's little dog. Julia usually doesn't like dogs, but she does like Herc as she thinks he is so adorable and tiny!

Justin asks Max how to add numbers. Max does great with math.

Dad's property

Usually called Dad's property because it's his toy!

Dad shows Julia's mother a tour of his property. She thinks it's beautiful!
Julia is interpreting for her mother and my dad. I'm sure it's hard for Julia, but it's a good expereince for her future college when she comes back to America.

Meggie is so beautiful. She enjoys being outside and walking with me and Ashley.

A river

Ashley got dirty from river and played with sand as she loves it since she was puppy. Meggie just drinks water.

Silly Super Max

This layout is for Product Playground class for 2 week. I wanted to do a Silly Super Max layout. Real cool!
Journal:
Aunt Candy, Micaela and Max were watching "Superman" movie.
Max jumped up. He went to his pajamas and put this on.
Aunt Candy told Max to run out and show everybody.

After Dinner

Those beautiful student girls watching from upstairs
Max talking his own action!

Those 3 exhausted ladies stay in the extra bedroom overnight.

Enjoy watching people in this room. I wish those 3 ladies from Julia's mother's company (one of them works with Julia's mother and two works in Beijing) could have stayed here for one more day so we could get to know each other because they are so cool! They have to fly to New York next morning. I got Jane's email address. I hope we could keep in touch. Jane said that they have to follow what their boss tells them to travel for colleges for Chinese students to come here for the future.
Hey, 3 Ladies! Please listen to me, ok? When you come down to Atlanta again, beg your boss to let you stay here with us for extra one day so we could have a blast time spending together!!!! Show your boss this post on my blog, They will probably agree with me about allowing you all stay here with us! Maybe two days? Let's try! Smile!

Funny Max!

Max enjoys being funny since he doesn't have any Chinese clothes fitting to him. He is so sad!

Cooking Chinese all day!

It's Malanga eddo and tastes like mashed potatoes a little bit and it is different taste, anyway.

Julia has a good time playing with dough.

I like the taste. Ok, they are called Lotus root. It's like a little crunchy and pork inside. Also, you could cook lotus root in wok without pork or fried.

Julia's mother never sees the chopper. My dad shows her how to chop garlic. So funny to watch her because of the same thing with Julia and Lynn when they did chop onions.

Making dough for dumplings.

Dad, Max and Micaela have a good time to play with dough, but Dad learns how to do dough for dumplings.

Putting something into dough for dumplings

Hey, the team from Julia's mother's company is a cool group! They just arrived from Alabama with the student guy who drove 3 ladies here. They are so funny and have great attitudes. Watching the ladies chatting and disputing what they should make dumplings. One of them added something with oil into pork for dumplings, but Julia's mother doesn't want to add oil to them. She lets her do whatever it is best... So funny to watch them doing it. They are a great team to make all Chinese foods for us. I wish the friendly student guy could stay here for dinner, but he had to go back to his school due to his company. Oh well! He missed being welcomed to have dinner with us for helping driving 3 ladies over my parents' house.
I have no idea what all of ladies speaking, but funny to watch them.

A lot of dumplings!

Miss Zhang chop potatoes very quickly like an expert chopper!

Stirring vegetables in the wok!

Real good. I was looking for some more pork, but everyone eat all of them, but glad that Julia gave me a taste earlier. Also, it includes tofu and it's good. Julia describes the soup that all Chinese women love those soup because those help their face smooth. That's interesting!

Jane and friendly lady (I don't know her name, sorry) boiling drumplings
