Slow Cooker Beef with Vegetable

This recipe is from Quick Fix Meals by Robin Miller. I watched one of her cooking shows. She shows two different ways of the same recipe. After making slow cooker beef, pull 1/3 of roast beef for Asian Beef Wrap. I think it will save me time during weeknights after work. I like Slow Cooker Beef a lot as I think this recipe is the best ever I've tasted. I was going to try Asian Beef Wrap, but had no chance to try since I already ate it. I will make it again so I will try Asian Beef Wrap.

Zoe is home

Zoe is doing so much better. She adjusted being home well and ate hay after 30 minutes. Today is Meggie's 6th month after she is done. Hard to believe but glad Zoe is still alive!!!!
