Slow Cooker Beef with Vegetable

This recipe is from Quick Fix Meals by Robin Miller. I watched one of her cooking shows. She shows two different ways of the same recipe. After making slow cooker beef, pull 1/3 of roast beef for Asian Beef Wrap. I think it will save me time during weeknights after work. I like Slow Cooker Beef a lot as I think this recipe is the best ever I've tasted. I was going to try Asian Beef Wrap, but had no chance to try since I already ate it. I will make it again so I will try Asian Beef Wrap.
