My family took me out to dinner for my late birthday dinner since yesterday, I saw my friend, Bill whom I haven't seen him in 4 years.

Of course, I share anything sweet with Max as he loves it.

My new framed collage of pictures

After restaurant, I thought I went to craft store and bought collage of pictures so I'd put it on the wall. I love that collage since I love all of pictures. It's better to put all 5x7 pictures in the framed collage instead of each frame. Still looking for 4 more 8x10 pictures. I want collage but all of pictures are vertical so I might buy each 8x10 frame... Any suggestion about 4 vertical pictures of collage frame?

Maybe, I buy some 8x10 frames so I'd glue them as they will be vertical.

Any Suggestion????

Bill, it's so great to see you!

Bill, thanks for getting together with me especially my birthday present since I haven't seen you for 4 years. So glad that we keep in touch no matter where we are. When we left restaurant, I almost cried because I already miss you. When you are in town, please contact me and we try to get together again. I don't want another 4 years! I already miss you.

Slow Cooker Beef with Vegetable

This recipe is from Quick Fix Meals by Robin Miller. I watched one of her cooking shows. She shows two different ways of the same recipe. After making slow cooker beef, pull 1/3 of roast beef for Asian Beef Wrap. I think it will save me time during weeknights after work. I like Slow Cooker Beef a lot as I think this recipe is the best ever I've tasted. I was going to try Asian Beef Wrap, but had no chance to try since I already ate it. I will make it again so I will try Asian Beef Wrap.
