Julia has a good time playing with dough.
I like the taste. Ok, they are called Lotus root. It's like a little crunchy and pork inside. Also, you could cook lotus root in wok without pork or fried.
Julia's mother never sees the chopper. My dad shows her how to chop garlic. So funny to watch her because of the same thing with Julia and Lynn when they did chop onions.

Jane and friendly lady (I don't know her name, sorry) boiling drumplings
Hey, the team from Julia's mother's company is a cool group! They just arrived from Alabama with the student guy who drove 3 ladies here. They are so funny and have great attitudes. Watching the ladies chatting and disputing what they should make dumplings. One of them added something with oil into pork for dumplings, but Julia's mother doesn't want to add oil to them. She lets her do whatever it is best... So funny to watch them doing it. They are a great team to make all Chinese foods for us. I wish the friendly student guy could stay here for dinner, but he had to go back to his school due to his company. Oh well! He missed being welcomed to have dinner with us for helping driving 3 ladies over my parents' house.
I have no idea what all of ladies speaking, but funny to watch them.
Real good. I was looking for some more pork, but everyone eat all of them, but glad that Julia gave me a taste earlier. Also, it includes tofu and it's good. Julia describes the soup that all Chinese women love those soup because those help their face smooth. That's interesting!
